The Well of New Beginnings Ministries, Inc. continued in its infancy after relocated (from New York City) to Orlando Florida September 2004. When God first spoke to Pastor Carmen about the ministry, she was lead to form support groups to minister to the inner hurts of His people.

The Well of New Beginnings Ministries, Inc is a Spirit lead non-denominational ministry here in Orlando, FL. We are part of the Kingdom of God with a mandate to serve and minister to the hurting, the loss, and those marginalized and limping from the tradition of church.

While a single parent, Pastor Carmen attended and graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word San Antonio Texas. She earned a Bachelor of Arts (3 majors); Psychology/Sociology/Human Relations. She continued her academic career at Colgate-Rochester Divinity School, September 1994 through May 1996, studying theology. To enhance her counseling skills, she was accepted and participated in a two-year pastoral counseling program at Blanton-Peale Graduate Institute in New York City.

After accepting the call of God in 1985, Pastor Carmen was trained and licensed as a Minister by Bishop David and Pastor Claudette Anderson Copeland, at New Creation Christian Fellowship in San Antonio. She was also commissioned as a hospital chaplain through the Baptist Hospital System of San Antonio, Texas in 1990. She was later ordained as an Elder by Pastor Ira White of Full Gospel Tabernacle in Rochester New York, in April 2001.

Pastor Carmen has received many honors for academic pursuits and community service. She recently completed her book of poetry Conversations of the Heart: from Pain to Promise with excerpts on a CD produced in 2010. She continues to seek God’s face as she ministers to His people and works at establishing the vision of The Well of New Beginnings Ministries, Inc. and the worship center of The Well.
